* CHEMICAL BLACKING (Black Oxide Coating) decorative black or blue-black finish on steel, usually oiled to give better corrosion protection. Popular for machine parts. Cuts reflectivity and enhances appearance - With no alteration of dimensional tolerances. Capacity: up to 2 metres long, max. 400kg.

* HEAT TREATMENTS - Stress relieving and de-embrittling up to 300?c to reduce the effect of hydrogen absorbed during plating of hardened steels.

* VIBRATORY FINISHING - Cost efficient de-burring or polishing large volumes of small components, in bowl or trough machines. Achieves a surface finish at least as good as hand polishing, at a fraction of the cost.

* ZINC PLATING - a soft ductile coating, offers good cost-effective corrosion resistance. Passivated clear or iridescent, decorative appearance. Often a cost-effective alternative to chrome on small components, wire goods, stampings and sheet metal parts. Capacity: up to 2 metres long, 1 metre deep, max. 125kg.
